Custom One, Two and Three Part Paper Quote Request Inquiry (采购产品): Custom One, Two and Three Part Paper Quote Request Hello. I am in need of a quote for the following specifications: 1) 1 AND 2 AND 3 Part, carbonless, continuous, 9 ? x 11 for a dot matrix printer. 2) The one part paper would be white, the two part paper would be white and canary, and the three part paper would be white, canary and pink 3) Two part paper would be 14# for both parts, three parts would be 14# top and bottom parts and 13# for middle part 4) Custom logo is “watermark-style”, 10% gray, very simple in the upper left hand corner. 5) Volume for 2 and 3 part would be approximately 400 cases per month, volume for 1 part is unknown, but likely 100 or 200 cases per month. Please give me minimum order amounts as well as the price break points. Please quote a set up fee or die charge and fright (shipping likely to New York). How long does the die last and/or how often will it need to be replaced? Please specify payment terms. I look forward to hearing from someone.
