Inquiry (采购产品): silicon carbide vanes Hi, I work for a company that makes analytical equipment. At present we use silicon vanes (135.5mm long x 8.5mm wide by 0.6 mm thick) with resistivity in the range of 1000 to 5000 ohm cm In order to accelerate particles (We are flexible with the electrical conductivity). We are having some problems related to the creation of native oxides on silicon (SiO2) which cause local charging and a high degree of difficulty making ohmic contact to the edges of the vanes. We believe that SiC will help resolve those problems since SiC is practically inert. We need a quote for 50 and 150 vanes for a couple of prototype systems. Is this something you could help us with?
