Inquiry (采购产品): Gasket I’m looking for a gasket to place between an antenna and its mounting plate. The objective is to seal out moisture from getting under the antenna. The application will expose the gasket to the elements and should be able to withstand a temperature range from -40 degrees C to +70 degrees C. The gasket size should be a minimum 3 inches OD, .640 ID and a thickness maximum of .0625. The gasket will also needs 4 clearance holes about .25 inches diameter and 2.45 inches from the center. The holes are used for mounting the antenna to the plate. In general, the OD,ID size measurements are not real critical, but providing the moisture seal and not being affected by the elements is very important. I would look to you to recommend the best material for this application. The quantity required would be 500 to 1000. Please let me know if you currently manufacture a gasket which closely matches the above requirements.
