Inquiry (采购产品): Incompressible Fluid-Filled Bellows Application I'm looking for two cylindrical bellows connected by a line or hose, filled with an incompressible fluid, such that one bellows is at the fully collapsed length and the other is at the fully extended length. I require the input bellows to displace equal volumes of fluid in 1/2 the stroke of the output bellows; i.e., I need 20mm stroke at the input and 40mm stroke at the output. Although the input and output bellows diameters will be different sizes, I require each diameter to be "fixed" and the displacement is a function of length only. This application is intended to replace a mechanical latch (with many parts, pins, and tightly machined surfaces) with a simpler hydraulic approach. Using a fluid-filled bellows, i.e. a closed system, will eliminate several seal interfaces, control leaks, will not require a reservoir, and many incompressible fluids can be used (not just hydraulic oil).
