Iron Ore Beneficiation and Pelletization Plant采购内容We have iron ore mines in India. The ore available is Hematite with Fe content of 40 - 50 Fe. We want to beneficiate it to atleast 64-65 Fe. Further we have to make pellets from the same. The factors to be considered in this regard are: 1. We dont have a good source of water nearby so we want a plant which uses less quantity of water and can provide recycling of waste water. We want plant with latest technology which is energy Efficient. 2. Initially we can start with 50 tonnes per hour capacity and increase it to many folds in due course of Time. 3. What will be the input output ratio? 4. Breakup of power requirement component wise. 5. Feedstock size is 0 -10 mm. 6. How to dispose off the tail stock? 7. The Land is situated 40 kms away from the mine area. 8. What are the types and quantities of additives required in Benefication and pelletization process? 9. Will you be able to provide us complete machinery for the entire procedure? 10. The machine should be able to work in Indian conditions.
