Payment terms : 100% Confirmed Letter of Credit upon presentation of shipping documents i.e. Invoice, Bill of Lading, freight memo, packing lists, quality gurantee certificate, Chamber certificate, Pre-shipment inspection certificate (at buyer costs).
The due date for submission of offers is 04 April 2011.
