Need Flange Ball Valve Size: 1200mm that is used in 1200mm pipe, Pressure:10 kgf/cm^2, Rubber Seated, hydraulic/ manual operated, using in potable water
Valve Body: FCD 450, ASTM A 536
Ball: FCD 450, ASTM A 536
Ball Seat Ring: ANSI SUS304
Body Seat Ring: ANSI SUS304,
Shaft: ANSI SUS 410 or ANSI SUS304 or ANSI SUS 316
Bearing: Bronze BC6,
Thrust Bearing: SUS 304 or SUS 410,
Water Cylinder: SUS 304 & inside need to be plated chrome or Nickel, waterproof type crank design
Flange: flange joints RF Type CNS 13272, the bolt hole can be placed inside nut, no TAP inside of the valve body
Face to face length = 1838 mm +/_ 3
Height = 2850 mm
Painting: both inside and outside the body to be fit brushing water corrosion epoxy paints, should be subject to its external color Color No. 1-46 (Turkish Blue) brushing, the total painting thickness above 0.15mm
Quality Test:
1. The valve seat must be endured in water pressure testing 15kgf/cm^2 for 3 minutes with each side of the valve without leaking.
2. The valve body testing: Requiring the Ball valve' disc is opened in testing water pressure 7.5kg/cm^2 for 5 minutes, and the valve body, flange, and any part of body without leaking.
3. the flange ball valve must be qualified at least in water pressure 6 kgf/cm^2, water velocity 2.5m/sec, and 100,000 CMD
