Maschinery:
1.scrap polyethylene washing maschine
material to be proccessed: Industrial and agricultural LDPE and LLDPE film with little to medium contamination (up to 30% mud, soil, paper and other organics) without solid particles (stones, metal chips etc.). Average film thickness 60-80microns.
End product: Ground, washed, dried (humidity up to 5%) low density polyethylene (LDPE and LLDPE).
Efficiency: At least 500kg/h
Structure: Conveyor belt for feeding, Shredder, Heavy contaminants setting tank, Washing water collecting tank with pump, Centrifuge, Grinder, Injector type pneumatic conveyor, Computerized control board, Water filtering system included, Setup of water filtering system.
Machinery can be connected to extruder on one production line.

Material to be processed: Ground, washed, dried (humidity up to 5%) low density polyethylene (LDPE and LLDPE).
End product of extrusion: End product of extrusion
Efficiency: At least 320kg/h
Structure: Conveyor belt for feeding, Metal detector, Combined agglomerator and extruder, Screen changer with automatic self cleaning system, Hot die face cutting granulator, Pellets centrifugal dryer, External heat exchanger, Injector type pneumatic conveyor, Cyclon with shut off valve.
Machinery can be connected to washing machine on one production line.
