Tube & Pipe Making Machinery Tube & Pipe Making Machinery采购内容We are looking for complete lines, suitable for production of stainless steel TIG welded tubes (round) from 10 to 76 mm O.D., wall thickness form 0, 8 to 3, 2 mm. Main stainless steel grades: AISI 201, AISI 304, AISI 316, AISI 430, AISI 409.
We are interested in tube machinery for ASTM A554 pipe production. In the future we are also planning to have a possibility to produce stainless steel welded tubes according to ASTM A249/A269.
The systems should consist of such components: Forming, welding, surface finishing (grinding), cutting, annealing and packing.
Surface finishing process should meet the following requirements: Regular mill finish, Grit180, Grit320, Grit400, Grit600.
