We are interested to buy a full packing line for corn puffs extruded snacks. The capacity requested is about 140 bags/min. The weight of each bag is 30-35 gr. The size of the bag is 170mm wide and 240 mm high. The packing material used is BOPP 20 micron + BOPP Met 20micron. The line is requested to be completed with inclined elevator feeder or all stainless bucket elevator, stainless platform, multihead weigher, bagger with brushless activated closing jaws with intermittent or continous motion, take-off conveyors, automatic toy inserting device, outer promotional strip applicator, hang strip applicator, metal detector & check - weighers, inclined modular conveyors, bag conveyors, seal tester for bags, bag in box or pick and place in-box inserters.
