Dear Sir/Madam
We are enquiring on the possibility to attain a lightweight concrete production technology.
The project, basically focusing at manufacturing light weight concrete based on “Perlite”, i.e, Perlite concrete aggregate (Sand and Perlite) combined with Portland cement and water are processed thermally to produce:
Lightweight pre-cast forms and blocks,
Lightweight roof decks,
Floor fills,
Lightweight structural decks,
Sewer lines,
Statuary,
Basic fills, and
Many other applications where a lightweight permanent concrete is desired.
At this immediate stage of this project, we will be concentrating on the products of the red lighted item above. Namely, Lightweight pre-cast forms and blocks. Particularly, we are orienting on the following immediately demanded items product line:
1. Solid block 600x200x150mm (external wall)
2. Hollow block 600x200x150mm (external wall)
3. Solid block 600x200x100mm (internal wall)
4. Hollow block 600x200x100mm (internal wall)
The facilities are required to be an automatic production line with fully automatic block forming machines. The production plan lay-out for approximately 5,000 – 20,000 building blocks per day with flexibility for future expansion.
As I did mention in my previous inquiry; we are at the stage of establishing the business. The initial cost estimation is needed for the purpose of budgeting. We demand a high quality commodities with reliable offer and that is why we directing towards China. I have that sense of feeling that we are anticipating a mutual cooperation at this stage and in the future.
We will be starting this project in Yemen with possible similar project in Ethiopia later.
