Dear Sir,
We are a company for import and export from Egypt and we are interested in plat heat exchanger of your company and it is mainly constructed from elliptical finned tubes used for air heating by exchange heat between hot water/ steam (inside), and air (outside) with the following specifications is required:
- The heat exchanger consists of two tube bundles, with a total of 232 tubes. Each tube is an elliptical ASTM-179 steel, of size 36x14 mm, thickness 2.5mm. Tube length is about 8500 mm. Rectangular steel fins are installed on tubes by a rate of 9 fins per inch. Each fin has a dimension of 55x26 mm, thickness 0.4mm.
The heat exchanger should be complete including all frames, supports, headers, flanges, and all other accessories, materials as follows:
Header plates:ASTM A-515/516 Gr60, Nozzle branches:ASTM A-106 Gr.B, Flanges:ASTM A-105
Length: about 8.5 - 8.75 m
Tube material - astm-179
Fin material - not clear (but can be cs is 513) if you recommend
Fin tube - hot dip galvanised
Eleliptical tube size - 36mm x 14mm x 2.5mm thick
Fin material - ms with galvanised
Finned tubes - hot dip galvanised
Rectangular fin size - 55mmod x 26mm x0.4mmthick x 9fins per inch
Base Tube Material: Steel (galvanised).
Tubes weight is about 3.25 Tons
Fins weight is about 3.25 Tons
Headers, supports, .. etc weight is about 2.00 Tons
Total weight is about 8.50 Tons.
