Please note product will be 500 kg in a drum or bowl. In the drum we will put product (500kg), water 300 Liter, Ice 200 kg and some powder chemical about 10-15kg. After putting all these items drum will start rolling so that the main purpose is chemicals become dissolve properly with water and reach into the body of almost each shrimp or fish fillet. We have to careful about the machine design that no fillet or shrimp will be damage or broken while rolling.
