We are seeking the supply of water flow meters, for connection to domestic water supplies. The application is for monitoring of Water Drinking Fountains and the volume of water going through these units, to determine filter changes and broken fittings (flooding). Our requirement are: 1. Connection to a GPRS Network 2. Desc ription make and model of the modem used 3. Ability to integrate a SIM Card 4. The ability to send programmable information such as: I. Volume of water passing through the Water Meter during given time (notification of 30,000 litres of water passing through the Water Meter etc) Ii. Volume of Water exceeding a volume over a given time period (overrun running for longer than 2 minutes for example) 5. Does the item has an automatic reset in the event the network is taken down for upgrades 6.
