Dear Sir, We are based in Pakistan and we are interested in setting up fresh pasteurized milk plant. We want to start with 1000L/H and we attend to produce milk with full cream, half cream and fat free in plast bags and paper bags, and after words we want to extend and produce butter, yogurt, and cheese. We are new to this business so I dont have any Idea from where to start and we are looking forward for your guidance. We are on a 100ft main road with natural gas supply, electricity, good water and excess to many buffalo farms from where we can get raw milk. I need to know about the machinery which is need to produce milk and its power needs (off course well heat the milk with the gas) and how big hall we need for this plant (Height, Width, length). We are ready to spend 100,000 US dollars for the project. We only need to construct a building and other necessary things which are needed initially.
