Salt Refinery Salt Refinery采购内容
We are requiring salt refinery plant as follows:
1. Plant type: Semi Automatic or fully Automatic Salt Refinery Plant
2. Produced items: (A) Glauber's Salt (Na2SO4. Also called as Sodium Sulphate Anhydrous or Sodium Hydroxides) and (B) White Crystalline Free Flow Edible Salt
3. Process: Flesh Evaporation / Vacuum Evaporation (any other good method we can accept).
4. Raw Materials: Sea water based crude salt, collecting from seashore. Crude Salt Specification: NaCl: 80-81%. MgCl2: 0.8~0.9%. MgSo4: 2.28%. CaSO4: 2.5~2.6%. Insoluble Impurities: 8%. Water: 7~8%.
5. Capacity: Per day (8 hours), 80MT (we can accept below 80MT quantity).
We have sufficient electricity, gas and clean water based factory land.
Considering above, if you are in a position to supply us the above Salt Refining plant, kindly provide us your detailed proposal including the following:
We need plant machinery list, required factory area including warehouse, pictures of machines, specifications, operation techniques, installation terms, price offer and all details in same mail.
Also need the following:
1. Provide plant layout, drawing, process descri ption and process flow diagram in your
Proposal.
2. Provide the requirements of utility consumption (Gas, Electricity, Water & other consumable).
3. Kindly let us know the control system of the plant with detail technical specifications.
4. Specification of finished products.
5. A list and price of laboratory equipment in your offer.
6. Provide spare parts list with price for 3 years operation.
7. Warranty period which should be at least one year from the date commissioning.
8. Manpower requirement to run the plant.
9. Pls provide us cost of Supervision of erection & commissioning of the plant (During erection & commissioning period in Bangladesh all cost including food, lodging, local transportation & communication will be provided by us. The cost of round air tickets of the technicians will be on suppliers account).
Our Sea port is Chittagong. Factory sight about 120km from seaport.
