Up to now laurel leaves are dried naturally on open air under roof. For improving drying quality and make it controllable our company decided to make investment and set up drying plant tailored to specific needs which are applicable for converting fresh green laurel leaves into dry leaves. New cropped fresh green leaves originally contain about 50% water or more. Aim of drier is to decrease it till 8-10% so that leave must be elastic enough to withstand further packaging.
