We are manufacturing Vinyl Floorings by the Calendering process. We have inverted L four Calendering lines and on the top of the Calender we have installed a Granulator. In the Granulator we feed a continous strip of Heated PVC which is approximately 15 Cm wide and 2 Cms thick at a temperature approximately 1500C. The Granulator cuts this PVC strip into small granules of size, say 1 Cm x 1 Cm and drops it over the Calender Rollers. From these granules the sheet is processed on the Calender.
We are searching for a new/secondhand machine of similar type. The capacity of the machine should be around 2000 to 4000 kgs per hour. The PVC material is for Flexible material and may have fillers fron 20% to 200%.
